The Flabs, The Girdle, Please!!!

This is a cry out to all Mummies that have lost those flabs. You know what I mean, you're a size 8 but the waist line is still 14! Baby tummy!!!! Don't get me wrong, I love my baby and my new BB and HH but the tummy is getting on my third nerve. Please can someone share what has worked for them. What did you have to do to bring down that tummy after birth so you can slip into all the dresses and suits without looking slabbed out!!! And the girdles! they hurt so I want real advice. What did you do, how did you do it and how long did it take. Mummies!!!

  1. My dear,the only way out is exercise, healthy eating and time. Try to exercise at least 30mins a day, eat clean and give yourself time to loose the weight. I am giving myself the next 6-9 months to get back to my pre-pregancy shape. No pressure!!!
